Lots of people don’t, but I love the rain. There would be no rainbows without it. Today I want to take you on a magical journey to soar high in the clouds with the rainbow. Here we are going to enjoy all its beautiful colours as we fill ourselves up with positive feelings. Do you want to feel good? Of course you do – as often as possible. Sometimes it can be hard to feel good if we feel worried or sad or angry, but I want to help you with that. So let’s fly away from the busy noisy world and take some time out for you lovely Wildheart.

We’re working out at the the Wildheart gym today. We’re learning how to sit with all our feelings. We don’t need to act on them. No distracting, no zoning out, no ignoring or pretending that we’re ‘fine’. We’re going to set them free, so we feel lighter, less anxious and there’s more space for joy.
