Episode 14
Are you tolerating toxic relationships?
Today on The Wildheart Diaries, I’m talking about toxic and sometimes abusive relationships. The ones that hold you down and make you feel like you have to edit your true self. They can be confusing and frustrating. You can feel misunderstood or dismissed. Sometimes this is hidden and not always obvious at first glance – think wolf in sheep’s clothing. Let’s have a look at the red flags, some of which need to be felt. If something feels off, it most likely is. Your intuition is definitely your best friend when it comes to who you let into your inner circle.

A podcast for brave souls, sensitives and spiritual detectives. Finding yourself after abuse or childhood trauma is a bit like solving a mystery or doing a jigsaw puzzle, without the box. It’s not fun though. It’s hard and it’s lonely. What really helps is having a friend who gets you and sits with you while you figure it all out. That will be me then! Hello, I’m Lisa. I want to share my healing adventures with you – the practical and the woo. I’ve recorded these chats to give you hope, comfort and the courage to follow your wild heart.
