Have you been saying ‘I’m fine’ but really you’re not. Maybe you feel like you’re bothering people with your feelings or you worry about what they will think of you if you show them how you really feel. You lie to yourself and that is never a good thing. Your job is to be your own best friend, to tell the truth to yourself and be comfortable with how you feel. All of your feelings are welcome and there is nothing ‘wrong or bad’ about any of them. I promise you. 

In today’s episode, I’m going to share with you the lies we tell ourselves when we are pretending or hiding our feelings. I’m also going to help you see why you do that so you can stop doing it and instantly feel better. If you don’t feel your feelings, you will get sick. No question and so we really need to learn this stuff at school.
