I will swallow down all your meanness like a sicky icky soup and even though it tastes gross and hurts my tummy, I will be brave and do it because I’m such a loyal friend.

Got a Frenemie in your life? Your loyalty comes at a price and over time, it changes you.

Are you putting up with friends who are really no good for you and expecting to feel happy?

Maybe you hope they will change or maybe you think things will magically work themselves out. It’s a bit like drinking a sicky icky soup made from Brussels sprouts, mud, bird droppings and the sweat of 2 mangy old squirrels.  Now that soup doesn’t sound like a recipe for happiness does it?

Here’s what you’ll hear this episode:

  • Find out if you’re drinking the sicky icky soup and what’s in it
  • Why we keep drinking the sicky icky soup even though it’s bad for us
  • How to stop drinking the sicky icky soup and order something else on the menu
