Today’s episode is about a serious subject. Well actually; it’s the source of fun and pleasure for many of us. It’s something most of us use every day. Some of us plan our lives with it and some of us feel lost without it. It’s something that connects us to the people we love, but it can also be the reason some children get bullied. If I’m honest, I think I would struggle to live my life without it. What could it be?

Here’s what you’ll hear this episode:

  • We are going to go on a special adventure together
  • We’re going to meet two children who’ve used this thing too much
  • We’re also going to help these two children feel better again

I’ve got a helpful blog post for parents: ‘How Growing Up Shapes Your Child’s Reality’ which asks you some helpful questions around your screen usage. Boundaries are key to moderation.
