Inspiring Talks + Workshops

Looking for somebody to emotionally educate, inspire + offer practical support for your students’ wellbeing?

I’m passionate about creating emotional safety so that children can feel good from the inside out! My tried and tested approach comes from 10 years of working with children (age 7+).

I support change and transitions, give them practical tools to thrive in our busy world and focus on emotional-social learning. My wish is that they know how to take care of themselves and their feelings. Even when it gets tough (and it will), I want them to know they are capable of working it out.

I run workshops, staff training, Q&A sessions, virtual pep talks and inspirational presentations. Please contact me to discuss your requirements. I am happy to tailor-make a programme to meet your needs.

Confidence Hacks

“Thank you for the great workshop on Friday and the fantastic pictures. My daughter enjoyed herself a lot but perhaps the biggest compliment to you is that today she has used the ‘confidence suit’ at school to help her out of a tricky situation.”

Creative Activities

“Thank you Lisa for yesterday morning. Ben had a great time and has come away with new ideas of how to deal with worrying situations. He has proudly put his poster on his bedroom door and is keen to go to the next one so I will be signing up again!”

Smiley Magic!

“I don’t even know how it works but I feel more positive. I woke up one day and I felt different. It’s magic!

You have given her strength and confidence to think about herself in a fresh new light. This has helped enormously in the transition from junior to secondary school  – so from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU.”
