Quite naturally, there can be lots of conflict, boredom and less time for you to decompress. In this mini-training I want to help you feel confident and prepared for the summer holidays, so you can really make the most of them.

Br-ring-ring! ‘Hello, this is the boredom hotline, Smiley speaking how can I help you?’ If you’re sick and tired of being at home, or feel like you might be going a little cray cray, why not call the boredom hotline. Smiley wants to help you with that. So if you’re fighting with each other, or feel fed up and don’t know what to do with yourself, we can use that as a chance to dig a bit deeper and see what’s going on.

I remember chuckling away to an episode of Channel 4’s ‘Very British Problems’ where they were talking about social awkwardness such as handshakes, not hearing and eventually pretending that you have, avoiding people and the long and awkward goodbye....
