“Years of therapy and no one ever explained it like that. I find it liberating and reassuring doing this work in The Wildheart Book Club. I’m beginning to see how it’s all impacted me, and understand why I have the thoughts and beliefs that I do. It’s validating and it makes me feel more compassion for myself and less like there is something wrong with me.”

“I’ve never been one to journal, or considered myself creative. I’m not great in a group situation either, so this workshop was slightly out of my comfort zone! I joined the group feeling stuck and frozen with no sense of what I felt, or what I needed. Lisa’s guidance and techniques made it possible for me to offload. I had no idea that what came out onto the paper was even in my head. I made sense of my feelings and left feeling connected and lighter. Such a cathartic, peaceful space which is non-challenging and allows room for self-discovery. Thank you Lisa!”

I haven’t done inner child work before but I joined The Wildheart Book Club hoping to gain a deeper understanding of myself. Reading your book helped me feel seen and showed how family dynamics impact us as children. After 6 weeks, I was able to soothe my inner child and offer her kindness and compassion when she is upset. Something I couldn’t do before. I loved being part of this group. The way the course material was presented and explained by Lisa with so much care was lovely. It’s an inspired way to present difficult and challenging work.”

“I can’t remember how I found you, but I’m so glad I did. Thank you! Thank you! I feel more connected with my inner child in this moment than I have ever known. I wasn’t able to until now. Whenever I have come out of therapy before, I left feeling morose and lost with no idea what to do with the feelings. I can definitely feel the right shifts doing this work with Lisa at The Wildheart Book Club. I am quite surprised as I’m not at all ‘woo woo’, but honestly you are like an angel on my shoulder!”
