Today on The Wildheart Diaries, I’m sharing what it’s like to have an EMDR therapy session for childhood trauma. I share with you what EMDR is and how it works. Then I talk through the process and how I went from feeling terrified, angry and overwhelmed to calm and confident. It was quite remarkable and I highly recommend it.
