Even though we cannot see it, other people’s energy really does impact how we feel. Some people leave their negative energy hanging about and it’s up to us to get rid of that. It takes less than 10 minutes and afterwards, you’ll feel so much lighter and brighter. By the way, you don’t need a hoover or any cleaning materials. You just lie down and listen. Easy!
